I've been getting a lot of questions about what has inspired me to keep working out and getting healthy, even when I don't always see the results I want as soon as I want them. My friend tori asked the same question in the fitness group we are in. My answer?
If you put in what you've always put in, you'll get what you've always gotten. I'm putting more into, investing more time and energy into myself for a better tomorrow because I want to be able to run around with my kids and grand kids.
